We hope the injured victim recovers quickly.
We offer our condolences to the family of the victim who lost their life in this crash.
Truck accidents happen far too often in the United States. A significant number of these accidents are completely preventable. Driver negligence tends to be one of the most common causes of truck accidents in the United States. The demanding nature of their profession often leads to extended periods of work without adequate rest. This often results in driver exhaustion and reduced alertness behind the wheel.
Distracted driving is another significant factor that often contributes to truck accidents. Engaging in activities like texting or using a phone while driving poses a considerable risk for any driver. Other distractions, such as eating or drinking while driving, can also impair a driver's ability to react in time to avoid a crash.
Speeding in a large commercial vehicle can also be incredibly deadly. Due to the substantial size and weight of commercial trucks, they necessitate more time and distance to come to a complete stop compared to passenger vehicles.
