Alyssa C. E. Hill is an associate attorney in Burg Simpson’s Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Departments. Ms. Hill graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021. In law school, she received accolades in Temple’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy program, earning outstanding oral advocacy and distinguished performance. Ms. Hill also received distinguished performance in Legal Research and Writing and Criminal Procedure. While on Temple’s Moot Court Competition Team, Ms. Hill was recognized for her appellate advocacy, earning The Barristers Award and coaching Temple’s Intercollegiate Moot Court Team.
Prior to becoming an associate attorney, Ms. Hill was selected for Temple’s Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame program and worked as a summer associate at Burg Simpson. Additionally, she was a certified legal intern in the Philadelphia Law Department’s Tort Litigation Unit, worked for the Pretrial Service Division of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, and interned for the Honorable Vincent L. Johnson in Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas.
