Driggs, ID (September 4, 2023) – A fatal truck accident reported in the Driggs area claimed the lives of multiple victims, according to law enforcement.
At around 9:50 p.m. on September 1, calls for assistance came in regarding an automobile accident that occurred on State Highway 33.
According to official reports, a 2022 Tesla was traveling east on the highway when it became involved in a collision with a 2007 Kenworth commercial truck.
Four people in the Tesla, identified as a 24-year-old man, a 22-year-old woman, a juvenile, and the driver, all were fatally injured in the crash. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, the Idaho State Police are investigating.
