  • Improper Loading and Freight Securing: State and federal regulations govern weight and size limits for trucks and their cargo, as well as guidelines for proper loading and securing of freight. When trucking companies fail to verify that a person is qualified to operate a commercial vehicle, they can be held accountable for any accidents that occur.
