Semi-truck collisions can have catastrophic consequences, leaving victims and their families to suffer. Year after year, a significant number of individuals in the United States find themselves hospitalized with severe injuries as a result of these accidents. Tragically, many victims experience life-altering consequences as a result of their involvement in these incidents.
Regrettably, a significant portion of truck accidents in our state could have been prevented. Negligent drivers, whether they are speeding, intoxicated, or distracted, continue to inflict harm upon innocent individuals on a daily basis.
While any truck accident carries the potential to cause harm, rollover accidents tend to be particularly severe. These incidents can wreak havoc on both the truck itself and any surrounding vehicles, often resulting in serious injuries and even fatalities due to the immense impact of the collision.
Rollover truck accidents rank among the most grave and perilous collisions on our roads. They often arise from a combination of factors, including excessive speeds, heavy loads, and unfavorable road conditions. There are also many instances where victims are left with severe injuries due to underride accidents. When vehicles get trapped under the bottom of semi-truck tractor-trailers, it often takes emergency crews a significant amount of time to reach the victim in order to render aid. This can impact the severity of injuries that victims suffer, especially those in smaller vehicles during their accidents.
