Truck Accidents in Utah

Truck accidents are the cause of countless injuries every day here in Utah. Unfortunately, we see a significant number of people hurt as a result of truck crashes that are entirely preventable.

Driver error is one of the most common causes of truck accidents on our roads today. With their large size and weight, trucks can be difficult to handle, especially in hazardous conditions or when drivers are not paying full attention.

One of the most common driver errors that lead to accidents is distracted driving. This can include activities like talking on the phone, texting, or even eating while operating the vehicle. Taking your eyes off the road ahead for even a moment can have significant consequences.

Speeding is another common factor in many truck accidents across the United States. Truck drivers often feel pressured to meet tight delivery deadlines. As a result, they may choose to exceed the speed limit, which can have deadly consequences.
