Humptulips, WA – Truck Crash on US-101 Takes One Life

Humptulips, WA (December 3, 2023) – The Washington State Patrol confirmed that one man lost his life as a result of a truck crash that occurred on Friday morning, December 1. The accident was reported to authorities at around 9:53 a.m.

According to local news sources, a collision between a log truck and a Subaru station wagon occurred on US Highway 101. The impact of the collision caused the log truck to overturn and spill cargo across the roadway, blocking multiple lanes on the west side of the road. The Subaru driver was fatally injured as a result of the collision. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, the Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident.
