Kansas City, MO (July 10, 2023) – One pedestrian lost their life as a result of a commercial vehicle accident that occurred on Saturday morning, July 8.
At around 11:30 a.m., a pedestrian was struck by a white Kenworth fuel tanker, which was traveling southbound on Interstate 435.
The pedestrian was severely harmed in the crash. Emergency medical services responded to the scene to care for the victim. However, they were pronounced deceased from their injuries.
No other injuries were reported. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
