Knox County, TN (July 8, 2023) – The driver of a UPS truck was injured as a result of a crash that took place in Knox County.
On July 6, the Knox County Sheriff’s office and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash on Ball Camp Pike.
According to reports, a UPS truck and a dump truck carrying sand collided on Ball Camp Pike near Bakertown Drive. The incident caused significant delays in traffic throughout the area.
The UPS driver suffered injuries as a result of the accident. The victim was transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center, where they underwent treatment for potentially life-threatening injuries.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
