Liberty Township, OH (July 31, 2023) – Three victims, including one child, were all transported to area hospitals with injuries following a truck accident that occurred in Liberty Township.
On July 29, the Ohio State Highway Patrol was notified that an accident occurred on Interstate 80.
At around 2:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, an SUV and a semi-truck were involved in the rear-end collision. The incident caused severe damage to the SUV, requiring it to be towed from the scene.
Emergency crews closed off the westbound lanes of the interstate as they worked to clear the scene.
Three people, identified as two adults and one child, were injured in the accident. The victims were transported to area hospitals for further medical care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
