Lisbon, OH (July 16, 2023) – A truck accident occurred on Friday morning in the Lisbon area that sent one person to a local hospital with injuries. On July 14, calls for assistance were received regarding a car crash on Miller Road, Route 11.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers reported that a commercial beer truck and a second vehicle collided on Miller Road just north of Ohio State Route 154. The incident prompted authorities to shut down the roadway at around 6:30 a.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, authorities located a beer truck and a second vehicle with damage and blocked the roadway. Officials went to work quickly on removing debris from the scene of the crash.
The drivers of both vehicles were injured. After receiving medical aid briefly at the scene, the two drivers were transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio, where they were treated further for their injuries.
The accident is being investigated at this time.
