Memphis, TN – One Killed in Truck Crash on Thomas St near Chelsea Ave

Memphis, TN (September 15, 2023) – A pedestrian lost their life as a result of a crash that took place in uptown Memphis on Thursday.

The Memphis Police Department was notified that they were needed at the scene of a crash that took place on Thomas Street.

Reports from authorities show that a tractor-trailer was traveling in the area of Thomas Street and Chelsea Avenue when they struck a pedestrian.

The pedestrian was fatally injured due to the crash. The victim was pronounced deceased by authorities.
