Miami, FL (September 5, 2023) – A major truck accident reported on Sunday morning left several people injured in the Miami area.
At around 6:20 a.m. on September 3, the Florida Highway Patrol and the City of Miami Fire Rescue units responded to the major cars that took place on Interstate 95.
Reports from authorities indicate that a silver SUV, an 18-wheeler, and a third vehicle collided on Interstate 95. The accident blocked all five of the southbound lanes on the highway near Northwest 62nd Street.
Injuries were reported due to the crash.
At least one person had to be extricated from their vehicle. Three people were injured. Medics responded to care for injured victims and transported them to local hospitals.
The accident is being investigated at this time.
