Monroe, OH (May 24, 2023) – An 82-year-old man has died as a result of an automobile accident that took place in Warren County on Monday morning, May 22.
At around 8:30 a.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on Greentree Road.
Reports from authorities indicate that an 82-year-old man from Lebanon, Ohio, was traveling westbound on Greentree Road. For unknown reasons, the vehicle collided with a concrete mixer truck in the area near Union Road.
The driver of the car suffered significant injuries due to the crash. The victim was transported to Atrium Medical Center for the treatment of injuries that were considered life-threatening. Authorities confirmed that he passed away from his injuries.
At this time, the crash is being investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
