Mount Laurel, NJ (November 11, 2023) – A man has lost his life as a result of a truck crash that occurred in the Mount Laurel area. The accident took place on Thursday morning, November 9.
At around 8:30 a.m., the New Jersey State Police responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 295.
According to official reports, a pickup truck and a van were involved in a crash on the interstate. The impact of the collision sent the van barreling across the road, where it collided with a semi-truck before exiting the roadway and overturning.
Authorities responded to the crash site and shut down the roadway between Creek Road and Route 38.
A 62-year-old man from Mercer County, New Jersey, was fatally injured in the crash. He was pronounced deceased on-site.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
