Muncie, IN (June 19, 2023) – A truck crash reported on Saturday evening in Delaware County claimed one man’s life.
Just after 5:15 p.m. on June 17, the Indiana State Police responded to the scene of an automobile accident on Interstate 69.
Reports provided by authorities show that two semi-truck tractor-trailers collided on Interstate 69 near mile marker 250. The incident blocked multiple northbound lanes of the road, causing significant delays throughout the area.
Paramedics were called to the scene to care for victims who suffered injuries. One man who was involved in this truck crash, identified as a 65-year-old, was fatally hurt in the crash. He was pronounced deceased by the Delaware County coroner.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
