A truck accident has the power to change your life forever. The unfortunate truth is that thousands of people are injured every month as a result of accidents that occur across the United States involving large commercial vehicles. Here in Oklahoma, we see a significant number of these accidents take place due to drivers who are negligent and reckless while operating their vehicles. In addition to speeding, driving impaired, or being distracted while behind the wheel, there are many instances where other parties can be held liable for these accidents as well.
There are countless truck accidents caused by trucking companies hiring unqualified drivers, maintenance companies neglecting to adequately care for trucks, and even other entities violating federal trucking regulations.
