Olympia, WA (September 4, 2023) – A major truck accident reported just outside of Tumwater left one woman injured.
The Washington State Patrol reported that the accident occurred at around 3:20 a.m. on September 3.
According to reports, a 34-year-old woman from Olympia, Washington, was driving on Interstate 5 when her car collided with a southbound semi-truck.
The driver of the car was severely injured in the crash. The woman was briefly treated at the scene and transported to St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, for emergency care.
The accident is being investigated at this time.
