Owatonna, MN (August 21, 2023) – The Minnesota State Police confirmed injuries were reported as a result of an automobile collision that occurred in Owatonna on Sunday afternoon, August 20.
At around 12:20 p.m., a collision occurred on Interstate 35 in southern Minnesota.
Reports indicate that a semi-truck and five other vehicles collided on the northbound side of the interstate during the afternoon hours. The incident caused severe delays in the area.
The police confirmed that injuries were reported as a result of this accident. However, the extent of the injuries is not known at this time.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are actively being investigated by the Minnesota State Police.
