Philadelphia, PA (June 6, 2023) – A woman lost her life as a result of a truck accident that took place just outside of Philadelphia on Monday morning, June 5.
At around 5:00 a.m., the Pennsylvania State Police responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 476.
Reports from authorities indicate that a semi-truck tractor-trailer was involved in a collision with a white van that was towing a U-Haul trailer on the northbound side of the interstate. The incident caused severe disruptions in the area near US Route 30.
A woman involved in the crash was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
