Salford Twp., PA (December 9, 2023) – A man lost his life as a result of a fatal truck accident that took place in Montgomery County on Friday, December 8. The accident was reported to the Pennsylvania State Police at around 7:00 a.m.
According to reports provided by the police, a utility service truck with two people inside of it was traveling on a narrow shoulder of Interstate 476 S. As the vehicle proceeded forward, a semi-truck tractor-trailer was traveling southbound on the roadway and struck the vehicle. A passenger in the utility truck was fatally injured and pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the crash are being investigated.
