San Antonio, TX – Bus Crash on Loop 1604 near US-90 Ends in Injuries

San Antonio, TX (October 19, 2023) – A major motor vehicle accident reported in the San Antonio area ended in injuries. The accident occurred at around 330 p.m. on October 18.

According to reports provided by authorities, a Southwest ISD bus was occupied by twenty Scobee Middle School students when it became involved in a collision with a semi-truck tractor-trailer on Loop 1604 near US Highway 90.

The bus driver and six of the students suffered injuries as a result of the crash. The victims were all transported to local hospitals for emergency care.

At this time, the incident is being investigated.
