Savage, MD – One Killed in Bus Wreck on Route 32 near I-95, 18 Injured

Savage, MD (September 1, 2023) – A major bus accident was reported in Maryland on Thursday that claimed one person’s life. On August 31, the Maryland state police were called to the scene of a crash on Route 32.

According to reports, an SUV and a Greyhound bus collided on the highway near Interstate 95. Reports show that the driver of the Buick Enclave SUV was traveling in the wrong direction at the time of the accident.

Authorities arrived at the scene and closed off the roadway at around 330 a.m.

One person involved in the crash, identified as an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene.

18 victims were injured in the accident and had to be transported to local hospitals.
