Sheboygan County, WI (August 15, 2023) – A fatal truck accident took place in Sheboygan County on Monday that claimed the lives of one victim.
Just before 4:30 p.m. on August 14, emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash on Highway 43.
According to reports provided by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, a semi-truck tractor-trailer and a car collided on Interstate Highway 43 in the area near State Highway 23.
The driver of the car, identified as a 31-year-old from Sheboygan, was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene.
A three-year-old was injured in the accident and transported to Aurora Medical Center of Sheboygan County for emergency care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
