St Louis, MO – Truck Wreck on S 14th St near Clark Ave Takes One Life

St Louis, MO (October 12, 2023) – The police in St. Louis confirmed that one man lost his life as a result of a truck crash that took place near the Enterprise Center on Wednesday morning, October 11.

At around 3:30 a.m., the St. Louis Police Department was called to the scene of a crash on South 14^th Street.

According to reports, a box truck and a Chevrolet Monte Carlo collided on South 14^th Street at the intersection of Clark Avenue. The impact of the crash caused the truck to spin around. The sedan crashed into a fire hydrant near the intersection.

The driver of the Monte Carlo, identified as a 34-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on site.

The truck driver was transported to a hospital for medical care.

The police department is currently investigating.
