Taylorsville, UT (June 29, 2023) – A man died due to a crash that occurred in the Taylorsville area on Wednesday, June 28.
According to reports from the Utah Highway Patrol, a rear-end collision involving a concrete pump truck and a second vehicle blocked Interstate 215 during the afternoon hours. The incident caused significant delays on the eastbound side of the interstate near mile marker 15.
The second vehicle, a maroon pickup truck, became trapped under the truck.
The male driver of the second vehicle was fatally injured. He ended up passing away at the scene.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
