Teaneck, NJ – Truck Crash on Route 4 Sends One to Hospital with Injuries

Teaneck, NJ (May 19, 2023) – Injuries were reported as a result of a truck accident that took place on Thursday morning in the Teaneck area. The police department was notified just before 5:40 a.m. on May 18 they were needed at the scene of a motor vehicle crash.

Reports provided by the Teaneck Police Department show that a tractor-trailer and a second vehicle collided on Route 4 in the Teaneck area during the early morning hours. The impact of the crash caused the airbags and at least one of the vehicles to deploy.

One person was hurt due to this crash. Paramedics were called to the scene to care for victims who suffered injuries. The injured party was transported to an area hospital, where they underwent further medical treatment for the injuries they suffered.

The Bergen County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating to determine what caused this accident to take place.
