Tuscola Co., MI (October 27, 2023) – Two men were transported to area hospitals with injuries following an automobile accident that took place in Almer Township.
Reports provided by authorities show that at around 10:45 a.m. on October 27, a commercial pickup truck and a beat hauler tractor-trailer collided on Michigan 81 near Colwood Road.
The incident prompted the Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office to shut down the roadway for an extended period.
A 50-year-old man from Caro and a 28-year-old man from Vassar were both injured in the crash. The two victims were transported to local hospitals.
The incident is currently being investigated by the Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office.
