Every year, truck accidents take place that leave victims with serious injuries that affect their lives forever. In many cases, these accidents are completely preventable. We see far too many innocent people hurt as a result of drivers who engage in reckless actions while behind the wheel. We also see a lot of truck accidents take place as a result of drivers who carelessly hire people who are unqualified to operate their vehicles.
Despite regular maintenance and inspections, mechanical failures can still occur unexpectedly. Malfunctions in critical components such as brakes, steering systems, or transmission can result in sudden loss of control and catastrophic accidents. The timely identification of potential issues through thorough pre-trip inspections and the use of advanced vehicle monitoring systems can help prevent accidents caused by unexpected mechanical failures.
