If you have been involved in a truck crash, there may be legal avenues available to help you move forward. If the crash was caused by a driver under the influence or driving while distracted, you may have grounds to file a legal claim against them. In certain situations, the trucking company may also be held liable for the damages you suffered, especially if they failed to properly screen the truck driver prior to employment.
Furthermore, if the accident resulted from the shifting cargo load, the cargo company may be held liable.
